LHS was formed by healthcare executives and clinicians with a combined 70 years of experience in navigating the substance use disorder/behavioral health landscape, to positively address gaps in the care management and engagement process of individuals who are at high risk for discontinuing maintenance treatment programs or are transitioning between care providers and levels of care.
